Bringing Back the Adoption Diaries

How can it be that I haven't blogged since Thanksgiving break?? Gee....I apologize. There has been many things going on in the Home Team household.  Sadly, the football season came to an end, my sweet Memaw went to Heaven and the tragedy in CT rocked us all.  But, amidst the hustle and bustle of the Holiday season I bring you joy and good news!

It's time to bring back The Adoption Diaries!

For those who are new, as we made our journey through Little Man's adoption, I sent out a series of emails titled, The Adoption Diaries.  This time around, I'll share our progress through the blog.  So what exactly is our status?

Pregnant on Paper!

Our homestudy was completed last week and we've been scurrying to finish up a few loose ends....safety items...physicals...profile/photo books.  There's always something!  From here we just wait. It could be weeks, months or even a year until we are matched with a birthmom.  God's timing has proven to be far better than our own, so we are patient.
